Hong Kong, October 24, 2025 — The Cybersecurity Service Providers Connect Programme which jointly developed by the Digital Policy Office (DPO) and the Hong Kong Computer Emergency Response Team Coordination Centre (HKCERT) was officially launched in the ceremony with the theme of "Empowering Enterprises Digital Defense and Building Stronger Cybersecurity Ecosystem." The launch ceremony was successfully held on October 23 at the Kowloon Productivity Council Building, witnessed by representatives from 18 service providers.
In addition to keynote speeches and panel discussions by officiating guests Ir. Tony Wong, JP, Commissioner for Digital Policy, HKSAR, and Mr. Edmond Lai, Chief Digital Officer of the Hong Kong Productivity Council, the event also featured exhibition booths by qualified service providers, facilitated the sharing of insights with representatives from the cybersecurity industry. The Program aims to support local enterprises in enhancing their cybersecurity capabilities. Following a rigorous classification and vetting process conducted by the DPO and HKCERT, qualified service providers are showcased on a dedicated website. Enterprise can access reliable cybersecurity solutions by seeking professional consultancy from the cybersecurity service providers in the list.
