- The value offered under the "Scheme of paying off the balance of the about-to-expire old contract" (referred to as the "Scheme") is limited to the value of the customer's existing equipment contract (referred to as the "Old Contract"), calculated based on the remaining years or months and amount. The final settlement value of the Old Contract excludes fees paid by the customer before the transfer and relevant per-page printing costs. The ultimate settlement amount depends on the length and nature of the Old Contract. FUJIFILM Business Innovation Hong Kong will determine the final payment amount, and the offer is contingent upon signing a new contract (referred to as the "New Contract") with FUJIFILM Business Innovation Hong Kong in order to be valid.
- FUJIFILM Business Innovation Hong Kong reserves the right to refuse customer participation in this Scheme, having regard to the terms and balance of the Old Contract, without further explanation.
- To be eligible for the Scheme, the customer names on both the New and Old Contracts must match. Customers are required to furnish existing contract information or documents for accurate calculation. Upon signing the New Contract and settling the balance of the Old Contract, FUJIFILM Business Innovation Hong Kong, or the old supplier, will remove the product, unless it is already owned by the customer.
- The timing for settling the balance of the Old Contract will be determined by FUJIFILM Business Innovation Hong Kong after consultation with the customer. The collecting company's name must match the supplier of the Old Contract and will be paid directly by FUJIFILM Business Innovation Hong Kong.
- This offer is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Different models of photocopiers and printers come with varying default functions. Individual functions need to be purchased separately.
