The Revoria Press™ PC2120 breaks colour boundaries with FUJIFILM Business Innovation’s exclusive 6-Colour Full-Service Maintenance Agreement (FSMA) system*2, which combines the traditional CMYK with newly developed Green and Pink toners. Customers can now rest assured that they no longer need to worry about calculating the cost per print, as the expanded colour gamut with pink and green is covered within the click charge. This expanded configuration significantly broadens the printable colour gamut, bringing it closer to RGB-level vibrancy and enabling true-to-life colours previously unattainable with standard CMYK printing. The press achieves an impressive 93% coverage*3 of the PANTONE FORMULA GUIDE Solid Coated colours, a substantial improvement in printable colour range. Additionally, it simplifies the complex process of colour separation by converting RGB data into six-colour output with just a single click, dramatically reducing prepress time.
The Revoria Press™ PC2120 leverages embedded AI to enhance operational intelligence. This AI automates intricate image quality setups, maintaining time-to-ready operations. With the new function Substrate Profiler*4, users can simply scan the paper, and the system automatically sets optimal parameters. This automatic paper setting can save up to 80%*5 of new paper registration time. Additionally, the AI Print Recommendation analyses job characteristics and suggests the best image-quality settings for each job. By integrating the Substrate Profiler and AI Print Recommendation, this comprehensive automation ensures maximum production stability and business profitability and reducing dependence on highly skilled operators.
The Revoria Press™ PC2120 delivers advanced automation designed to maximise real-time quality control and uptime. Image Quality Stability with Smart Monitoring Gate*6 provides detection and correction of density fluctuation and misalignment to maintain consistent image quality throughout the run. The new production printer also features Remote IQ Diagnostics, enabling service teams to proactively assess machine health, diagnose potential issues remotely, and provide timely support.

In addition to CMYK toner, it can accommodate two specialty toner colours. It also offers robust support features for easily utilizing specialty colours.

・When using pink toner, a simple operation automatically separates part of the magenta plate into a pink plate and converts it, achieving vivid and bright colours. The skin texture also produces a smooth and beautiful finish on the printed material.
・The preview function allows operator to check the colour expression of specialty toners on the display. This reduces the time and effort required to check colours and minimizes the number of test prints, enabling efficient design production. Furthermore, a viewer that can be incorporated into online printing sites allows customer to check the finish of specialty toners before submitting print data.
Achieves high-quality printing with Super EA-Eco toner, featuring one of the industry's smallest toner particle sizes, and 2400 dpi high resolution, along with high-speed printing of up to 120 pages per minute*7.
The Revoria Flow™ print server enables high-quality image data generation through 1200 × 1200 dpi RIP processing. Support for the Fiery print server is planned for the near future.
Equipped with the Air Suction Feeder Tray*6, which ensures reliable feeding even for coated papers that tend to adhere easily. Additionally, the Static Eliminator D1*6 removes static electricity from output sheets, preventing adhesion between sheets and allowing seamless transition to the next process—even when using film or metallic papers prone to static buildup.
Supports a wide range of paper types, from thin paper (52 gsm) to thick paper (400 gsm) *8, and paper sizes from postcard size (98 x 146 mm) to long sheets (up to 330 x 1,300 mm) *9, enabling high-quality output for diverse printing jobs.
The Print Inspection System*6 automates post-print inspection. It compares printed output with RIP images (reference images) in real time to detect defects such as black spots, smudges, missing areas, streaks, and paper folds. It also performs reading inspections for text and 1D/2D barcodes.
