The SureColor T3760D combines an extremely compact footprint with flexible media handling and a high print speed. It is designed for companies who want to produce large-format colour drawings and posters in moderate to high volume. This model is particularly suited to construction, retail and print-4-pay applications. It uses 6 inks that come in large cost-effective cartridges with an additional Red to enhance the colour range. Integrated high-speed hardware-based Postscript® enables fast and accurate image reproduction via drag-n-drop from the desktop or direct from a USB device. All configurations feature dual-roll support with the 2nd roll also able to be used as an Auto Take Up.
The SC-T3760D incorporates Epson's latest PrecisionCore™ print head with ultra-fine nozzles and a small minimum drop size for outstanding image quality. The extra wide 2.64" print width and durable high-speed feed mechanism makes it perfect for high volume production. The new all-aqueous UltraChrome® XD3 ink set is well suited to drawings, schematics, posters, POS and POP. The addition of Red ink enables an enhanced colour gamut while the inclusion of Matte and Photo Black ink (with dedicated lines for each) facilitate operation with a wider range of media. Ink ships in a range of cartridge sizes to suit different production and cost-per-print requirements. Prints dry almost instantly to be water and scratch resistant.
This printer accepts single-sheet and roll-based stocks ranging from standard bond to premium presentation paper and even board. It is extremely cost-effective to run with low power consumption, low ink consumption and low wastage. Designed for business and retail environments, it features a small footprint and flat top. Epson UltraChrome ink features an aqueous all-pigment construction. The XD3 formulation includes an additional Red for vivid output with an enhanced gamut range. Images are extremely durable with colour is accurate and consistent. Prints exit almost dry with a finish that is resistant to damage through scratching and moisture exposure. The ink set incorporates both a photo and matte black to support imaging on a wide range of media types.
The SureColor T3760D incorporates high-speed networking with support for the latest addressing and security protocols. Designed to operate with standard Macintosh and Windows applications, it also support HP-GL/2 and RTL emulation for specialist applications. The printer features an ultra-compact design with all connections located on the right to enable operation against a wall or in a corner. The large 4.3" LCD touchscreen makes operation simple and for those who like to monitor their work the top panel incorporates a viewing panel with a lit platen. An integrated media bin ensures prints don’t get damaged on exit and is a pull-out drop-down design that is easy to deploy and stow. High-speed hardware based Adobe Postscript enables files to be printed directly from a USB key or from the desktop using a simple 'drag-n-drop' process with configurable settings. If operation involves extremely large files or workgroups then an optional 960GB SSD is recommended to improve efficiency while allowing for job spooling and direct instant reprints.1 2
This printer has been designed to provide reliable operation with extended durability. It is backed with a comprehensive on-site warranty that covers everything including the print head. Service is extendable up to a total of 5 years using optional CoverPlus. Little maintenance is required however with high print volumes an occasional clean is recommended using some inexpensive swabs that are available as a consumable. This model supports Cloud Solution PORT for remote web and app based operator monitoring along with enhanced Epson service support. A condition of CoverPlus on this model is that PORT be activated.3
