As Singapore celebrates its 60th birthday this National Day, FUJIFILM Business Innovation Singapore is proud to mark nearly six decades of growing alongside the nation. Our journey has evolved from supporting print needs to becoming a trusted digital transformation partner by helping businesses turn disruption into opportunity.
In my recent conversation with Money FM 89.3, I shared how our transformation mirrors that of many businesses in Singapore. We are no longer just a print provider and are a helping our customers unlock the value of data through AI, automation, and smart workflows, with our products, solutions, and services.
Our solutions make the data work harder — like our six-year collaboration with Changi Airport Group, where we co-developed an Asset Inspection and Management System that now automates scheduling for over 1,000 staff and contractors, boosting efficiency and workforce coordination.
Across industries, we help organizations:
- Unlock value from data management – by digitizing and organizing paper-based and legacy data to feed AI engines.
- Accelerate digital-first processes – through hyper-automation, AI-enabled platforms, cybersecurity, and business process outsourcing and management.
- Build connected workplaces – integrating systems and processes to improve collaboration and efficiency.
Transformation is about people too. That is why we invest heavily in upskilling through SkillsFuture and internal initiatives. Since 2022, our teams have completed more than 60 projects improving internal processes and enhancing customer experience. We are not stopping here — our goal is to upskill 90% or even more of our workforce in the next two years.
