Power 2024 IT Solutions Provider Customer Satisfaction Survey℠ <Independent/User-Based> rated us first place for two years in a row. In this survey, we received the highest ratings in four out of five factors: Sales Response, System Quality, Implementation and Construction Support, and Troubleshooting Support.
Fujifilm Service Creative Co., Ltd. has received the highest quality standard, Support Center International Certification (Seven Stars), from HDI in the help desk area of solution services. HDI is the world's largest international certification body for the support industry, and achieving certification under the challenging standard (Ver. 6.0J) marks the first time for a Japanese company.
