Managing our environmental footprint  has always been an integral part of FUJIFILM Business Innovation’s business philosophy and is inculcated across all levels of the organisation.

Offering products, services and solutions while continuously improving their environmental footprint has been one of FUJIFILM Business Innovation key strategic goals. This is achieved through innovative design and technologies, and a life cycle process that fully embeds the use of lighter and less toxic materials, more energy-efficient production sites, transportation channels that emit less CO2 emissions (per unit produced) and an environmentally sound management of product end-of-life.

We believe that used products are valuable resources, not waste. With the concept of a “closed loop system” we have introduced the remanufactured product range. Remanufactured products are produced from used multifunction devices collected in the Asia-Pacific region, which are disassembled, cleaned, and had necessary parts replaced. Each unit of remanufactured products is prepared with the same quality assurance as new machines.
