Important Notice: Changes to Onsite Support Hours

We would like to thank you for your continuous support to Fujifilm Business Innovation products and solutions.

In view of FUJIFILM Business Innovation’s implementation of hybrid work arrangements to support a better work-life balance for our employees, kindly note that we will cease field support on weekends and public holidays, as stated in new terms for contracts signed from 1 January 2023.

Our updated on-site support hours are as follows:

On-Site Support Operating Hours:

9am - 5pm | Monday to Friday
Closed on Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays

We understand that many of our customers have contracts in place prior to the new support hours going into effect. Please be assured that there will be no changes to the support hours for customers whose contracts were signed before 1 January 2023. On-site support for these customers will remain the same, as it is stated in your contract.
