When editing, you can lock the document so that others cannot modify it.
Document history
Track revisions and movements of documents. A great management tool for staying up to date on work progress and user actions.
Manage versions
Edited documents can be saved as new versions. This makes it easy to identify who and when a document has been revised when co-editing.
- * Up to 100 versions can be created and saved. If more than 100 versions are created, the oldest file will be deleted.
Send message with the document
Add message to your document, such as request or due date, for smooth communication.
Notify new documents with icon and message
When receiving new documents, a notification message appears on the DocuWorks Cloud screen and the new documents is identified by a special icon. Notifications help to quickly start documents processing and reduce idle time. They can also be seen on mobile devices, so you never miss new documents, even on the move.

View received document
Documents received in the Tray and Private Folder are displayed as thumbnail images. Document thumbnails can be enlarged and attached messages read without opening the file.
