Established in 1962 as FUJI Xerox under FUJI Xerox Co., Ltd., we have built a legacy of more than 60 years. In 1967, we began operations in Thailand with our first office in Bangkok. A significant transformation occurred in 2019 when FUJIFILM Holdings Corporation acquired full ownership from Xerox Corporation. This led to our rebranding in 2021 as FUJIFILM Business Innovation, marking a new chapter in driving innovation for businesses worldwide.
In Thailand, we operate across five key business domains:
Business Solutions – We provide integrated services that address complex business challenges and optimize workflows, leveraging technologies such as AI, IoT, and cloud. We aim to be a trusted Digital Solution Consultant.
Office Solutions – Our offerings range from A4 printers for home use to A3 multifunction devices for business, enhancing workplace collaboration and information flow.
Graphic Communications – We supply high-performance digital printing systems and workflow automation tailored to the commercial printing sector.
Outsourcing Services – Our Document Outsourcing Services (DOS) include digitization, indexing, secure storage, and data analysis to reduce turnaround time and support faster decision-making.
IT Expert Services – We deliver IT infrastructure support, including device management, server and NAS maintenance, and both on-site and remote assistance to ensure business continuity and security.
