Integrated recycling process
(Recycling a used cartridges, spare parts, and products)
FUJIFILM Business Innovation has identified the end-of-life management of our product a priority environmental issue. In Thailand, the Company has worked with Total Environmental Solution Co., Ltd to enable domestic partners to disassemble all products. The recycling process support our goals of minimise landfill waste from the company's products.
For customers who have a service contract with FUJIFILM Business Innovation used cartridges, spare parts and end-of-life products will be collected back to the Company through the transportation staff. This is a standard process. You can return it with our staff when the new product is delivered. (Except for express delivery by motorcycle)
*In case you have many used cartridges that need to be returned. You can make a request through Call Center at 02 660 8400.
For customers without a service contract, you can be a part in saving the environment by returning the used cartridges to us for recycling with the following instructions.
- Put a used cartridge in the bag. Customers can use the original bag from the new cartridge packaging. Then seal the bag properly to prevent spillage and put it in the new cartridge packaging box or other convenient packaging.
- Customer can be delivered by yourself or send by post to the following address
