Bangkok – July 21, 2025 – FUJIFILM Business Innovation (Thailand) Co., Ltd. announces the successful appointment of an authorised business partnership nationwide network of FUJIFILM printer dealers and service providers with its “Market Coverage Optimization” strategy which marks a significant step in expanding market reach and in enhancing customer experience across all regions of Thailand.
Recently, the company launched the "Accelerating Future Together" campaign to celebrate this success, reflecting the strong collaboration between FUJIFILM Business Innovation (Thailand) and its authorised dealer partners who will provide both sales and after-sales services in their respective areas. The Accelerating Future Together - Authorized Business Partnership Nationwide Completion Ceremony was recently held at the W Hotel Bangkok, with representatives from each regional partner in full attendance.
Mr. Masaaki Yanagiya, President of FUJIFILM Business Innovation (Thailand) Co., Ltd. revealed that the company has successfully appointed an authorised nationwide network of FUJIFILM printer dealers and service providers. This expansion aims to enhance customer service experiences across all regions of Thailand, he said. The launch of the "Accelerating Future Together " campaign demonstrates that FUJIFILM's dealers are crucial in delivering FUJIFILM's printer solutions efficiently and reliably to users nationwide, he added.
This initiative is part of a significant step under the "Market Coverage Optimization" strategy, which centers around four key objectives: 1. To expand access to FUJIFILM A3 multifunction printer products and services across all areas; 2. To accelerate business growth with a strong local sales network; 3. To enhance customer trust by providing fast and appropriate services tailored to each area; and 4. To address the needs of a rapidly changing and highly competitive market, with the ultimate goal of expanding access to FUJIFILM’s products and services more comprehensively and efficiently.
Under this strategy, the company has outlined a nationwide service approach. In Bangkok and some high-potential provinces, FUJIFILM Business Innovation (Thailand) will continue to provide direct services under the "Select & Focus" strategy to maintain service standards in key market areas. Other areas nationwide will be managed by a network of officially appointed dealers with expertise and a deep understanding of local contexts to increase agility and intimacy with customers.
In addition, to support the efficiency of this network, the company has appointed VST ECS (Thailand) Co., Ltd. as the National Distributor to oversee product distribution and logistics support for all dealers nationwide. The areas under the coverage of official dealers are as follows: S.K. OA Center Co., Ltd. – responsible for the Northern and Central regions, covering 23 provinces; Ubon Ifec Limited Partnership and G-Biz Digital Solution Co., Ltd. – overseeing the Northeastern region, covering 20 provinces; Friends OA Center Co., Ltd. – responsible for the lower Central and Western regions, covering 8 provinces; and Friends Group Business Innovation Co., Ltd. – overseeing the Southern region, covering 12 provinces.

He added that this aims to enhance business competitiveness in the A3 multifunction printer market through a network of local dealers and after-sales service providers, covering all regions nationwide. This will help the FUJIFILM printer brand expand its market share regionally, from large enterprises, government agencies, SMEs, to general customers, he said.
