This declaration is made in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Vietnam chemical regulations in force in 2026, including requirements on the management, restriction and safe use of hazardous chemicals. The above‑mentioned products are formulated without the use of toluene as a raw material, additive, solvent or processing aid, and are designed and manufactured under FUJIFILM Business Innovation’s quality and environmental management systems to ensure conformity with relevant Vietnamese legal requirements on chemical safety, labelling and environmental protection. Based on information provided by our raw material suppliers, our internal formulation controls and periodic product assessments, we confirm that these toner and developer products comply with Vietnamese regulations related to the control of toluene and may be supplied and used in Vietnam without contravening current national rules on restricted and monitored chemicals as of 2026.

This declaration is provided to support our customers, partners and authorities in verifying regulatory conformity and may be presented as part of customs clearance or compliance documentation under Vietnam’s chemical management framework.
