Printer Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Term

This warranty covers repair services and replacement of any parts proven to be defective due to defective workmanship or materials.

Warranty does not cover for:

1. 1. Misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, pollution, abnormal voltage or usage of generators, fire, lightning, natural disasters
   2. Use of non-FUJIFILM Business Innovation Vietnam (FUJIFILM BI VN) printer supplies or consumables
   3. Consumables (Toner cartridge / Ink cartridge / Print cartridge / Drum cartridge, Waste Toner Bottle, etc) that already used more than 20% of its life or yield or date of purchase is more than 2 months

 

2. Warranty Application
   
   For End-users who buy printers via FUJIFILM BI VN Printers Authorized Distributors (ADs) or Authorized Resellers of FUJIFILM BI VN Printers ADs, End-users will send the machine to FPT Services as FUJIFILM BI VN's Printers Authorized Service Provider

3. Warranty period

Standard warranty is one-year (from the date of purchase)
Customer to provide following document for warranty:
 

1. 1. Warranty Card (if any)
   2. Original purchased invoice 

 

4. Warranty for Printer with speed below 30 ppm:

     Customers have to carry-in to above 4 Warranty Centers

 

5. Warranty for Printer with speed range from 30 ppm and above:

FUJIFILM BI VN apply onsite warranty for those 03 main cities: HCM, Hanoi, Danang with the standard coverage radius of 20km.
Remarks: Zone surcharges may apply for all On-Site service locations beyond 20km radius from our 3 above service centre. The cost of surcharge End-user may negotiate directly with FPT

 

6. Warranty Type

Warranty may be either Carry-in or Onsite which defined as below:

• Carry-in Warranty: Carry-in Warranty service will be provided at FUJIFILM BI VN's Printers Authorized Service Provider
• Onsite Warranty: Onsite Warranty service will be provided at the Customer's location.
