How to calculate pressure value (MPa):

To calculate the pressure value (Mpa), you need the mass (kg) or newtons (N), as well as the surface area (mm2  or cm2).

1 MPa = 1 N/mm2 ≒ 10.2 kgf/cm2
e.g.) if 100 kg is applied on a 100mm2(1cm2) surface, the calculation is 100kgf/cm2.

You can automatically check the pressure values from the options below.

the mass ÷ the surface area

Measurable pressure range[MPa] = 9.8 [MPa]1421.37 [PSI]

Principle of Prescale for High Temperature

Unwanted coloring and base deformation during heat press have been suppressed.

Heat-induced discoloration and base deformation when used Prescale (Left),Reduce heat-induced discoloration and base deformation by using Prescale for High Temperature 200 (Right)
Prescale structure

① Modification of substrate to heat-resistant
② Modification of coating film
③ Adoption of heat-resistant microcapsule

Pressure chart

The pressure value can be confirmed visually by referring to a standard chart.
