"Care on Wheels" is a CSR Activity of FUJIFILM India, which was born from FUJIFILM India's vision to take preventive healthcare where it is needed most, the remote Himalayan regions, where access to medical facilities is scarce. Partnering with the Apollo Telemedicine Networking Foundation, the initiative blends the iconic FUJIFILM Dri-Chemistry Analyzer technology with tenderness, ensuring that no village or valley is left behind. Our protagonist, Rohini who is also the project social outreach volunteer through her journey symbolizes this mission. For her, every kilometre travelled in the Fujifilm van is a step closer to transforming lives. The campaign's spirit "Healthcare Beyond Boundaries" is embodied in her and the team's resolve and the warmth they carry to every doorstep they visit.
The Gamechanger in Remote Health
Behind every diagnosis and every renewed smile lies Fujifilm's commitment to innovation. At the heart of "Care on Wheels" social initiative, is the
FUJIFILM NX600 Dri-Chemistry Analyzer; a fully automatic, dry chemistry-based solution designed for speed, accuracy, mobility, and waterless operation. In regions like Spiti Valley where water is scarce and electricity uncertain, this compact machine delivers precise results in just four minutes, empowering remote healthcare teams to act swiftly and confidently. Our machine redefines what is possible in remote diagnostics with every data point, making advanced healthcare truly mobile, resilient, and reliable.
The FUJIFILM NX600 Dri-Chemistry Analyzer performance in "Care on Wheels" social campaign demonstrates the high endurance of the equipment in remote health conditions from an extreme altitude and temperature perspective also where the machine operated in altitudes from 12,000 to 17,000 ft above mean sea level and a month of campaign in the valley with temperatures ranging from 4 to -14 degrees Celsius.
Beyond numbers and reports, "Care on Wheels" social project is powered by empathy, the kind that drives people like Rohini to wake up before dawn, to travel through rain and snow, and to greet every patient with a smile that says, you matter. For people like her, each screening camp is more than an assignment, it's a calling.
