Fujifilm announces worldwide price increase for its offset printing plates, processing chemicals, PWB films and inks

TOKYO, April 28, 2021 – FUJIFILM Corporation (President: Kenji Sukeno) announced today it will increase the price in a global basis for its offset printing plates, processing chemicals, PWB films and inks. The price will be increased by double digit %, which differs by regions and products. It will be implemented as of May 1, 2021.

While the costs of various raw materials including aluminum and silver are significantly soaring, and freight costs are currently rising globally, Fujifilm has been working tirelessly to absorb the increased cost by reducing cost and improving productivity. However, the magnitude of raising costs can no longer be sustained by the company.

Details of the new pricing structure will be communicated to all customers across the world.
