Tasks such as selecting duplex printing, adjusting the number of copies, or choosing paper sizes can be completed quickly and without confusion, improving ease of use and reducing operational complexity.

In addition, detailed usage tracking provides visibility into who prints what, when, and how much, enabling better control and cost management.
