Established in June 9, 1983, the factory located in Tuas Singapore, is the manufacturing site for Fujifilm Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of FUJIFILM Corporation Japan.
FFAP-Tuas manufactures proprietary chemicals which are used in various applications in the fields of photofinishing, medical X-ray, industrial X-ray, graphic arts and printing. The key export markets cover the ASEAN countries (Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines, Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos), China, India, Australia and New Zealand.
The multiple production lines have bottling capability in a wide range of containers from small bottles to bigger jerricans, drums and IBCs. A relatively high degree of automation, critical for productivity is featured in a number of the production equipment. Other value-add facilities and resources include spacious warehousing; ASRS (Automated Storage & Retrieval System), a docking bay for freight containers, comprehensive testing laboratories and qualified , experienced staff.
The factory upholds that Quality, Environment, Health & Safety are fundamental traits and is proud to have Management Systems certified to the respective globally recognized ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 Standards.
The factory does not rest on its laurels but is evolving its product repertoire and expanding its manufacturing scope on other specialty chemicals.
