Notice of Service Centre Relocation

Dear Valued Customers and Business Partners,

We would like to inform you that our Service Centre will be relocating to a new location as part of our continued efforts to enhance your service experience.

The final day of operations at our existing Service Centre at 10 New Industrial Road will be 24 April 2026. Operations at our new premises will begin on 11 May 2026.

Directions to FUJIFILM Service Centre

The operating hours of our new Service Centre will be from 9:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Our main contact number, 6383-9933, will remain unchanged, and customers can continue to reach us by phone without any service disruption during this period.

During the transition period, customers may continue to bring cameras and instax devices that require servicing to our alternative drop off location at Fujifilm X Space, which is open from 10:00am to 9:00pm daily.

While we make the move to our new Service Centre, some delays may be expected. We appreciate your patience during this period and would like to assure you that our team remains committed to supporting your servicing needs with care and professionalism.

As part of the relocation, alternative arrangements for servicing have been made for our healthcare equipment and optical devices. Please contact your Fujifilm representative for further information.
