Warranty information

We provide information regarding the warranty  for Fujifilm projectors.

Product Warranty Details

Please note that this warranty service applies only to products registered on the Fujifilm projector website.

Warranty Period

The warranty period is three years from the date of purchase*1 or until 20,000 hours of operation, whichever occurs first.

  • The warranty does not cover the owner's manual, power cords, remote controls, or batteries.
  • The purchase date is considered the warranty start date.
  • The warranty start date can be confirmed by one of the following:
    • Product model and serial number
    • Registration confirmation email sent upon product registration via the website
    • Documents such as delivery slips, receipts, or invoices indicating the product name and purchase date
  • Charges may apply in certain cases even within the warranty period.
  • *1 To receive the full three-year warranty coverage, product registration is required.

Warranty coverage

Repairs are free of charge for defects occurring within the warranty period.

Warranty Terms
  1. If a failure occurs during the warranty period under normal use in accordance with the instruction manual and precautions, repairs will be performed free of charge.
  2. For free repairs, please contact the store where you purchased the product.
  3. Even within the warranty period, repairs will be charged in the following cases:
     (1)Failures or damages caused by installation and use on vehicles, vessels, etc., or replacement of consumable parts.
     (2)Failures or damages caused by misuse, or repairs, adjustments, modifications, or disassembly performed by anyone other than Fujifilm Projector Repair Center.
     (3)Failures or damages caused by the usage environment or maintenance conditions (such as dust, rust, mold, intrusion of insects/small animals, ingress of water/liquid, condensation, or unsanitary conditions).
     (4)Failures or damages caused by dropping, impact, exposure to sand or mud, flooding, or water immersion after purchase.
     (5)Failures or damages caused by fire, earthquake, flood, or other natural disasters, pollution, or abnormal voltage.
     (6)Failures caused by factors other than the product itself (such as power supply or other devices), when repairs are made for those causes.
     (7)Failures caused by reasons not attributable to our company other than the above.
     (8)When requesting cleaning, maintenance, or inspection to maintain product performance.
     (9)Cases where the product serial number has been removed, erased, altered, tampered with, or is unreadable (based on our proprietary judgment criteria).
  4. Used products are not covered by warranty service.
