In our Digital Imaging division we employ:
Product Managers: Achieve sales, inventory, advertising and market share objectives for the assigned group of products, research new product opportunities, develop new product evaluation programmes and drive the launch and promotional programmes. Key skills for these roles include the ability to coordinate marketing activities, manage products and projects and make effective decisions.
Regional, Business, Key Account and Area Managers: Plan and control/ or assist in planning and implementation of sales strategies and activities to achieve budgets. These roles require the ability to develop business plans and sales relationships and implement sales strategies.
Service Managers: To manage/co-ordinate efficient and cost-effective operation of the Service Division. The ability to constantly update your technical knowledge, manage service strategies and processes and install and service digital imaging equipment is required for these roles.
Applications/Infrastructure Engineers: Working either alone, or with outside service providers, upgrade existing applications or create new ones to enhance the capabilities of our digital imaging equipment; provide technical information, technical training and specialist advice to Service Technicians and customers as required, including technical support to customers. Key skills for these roles include substantial computer networking experience, detailed knowledge of digital equipment, the ability to impart information to others, technical training skills and good technical diagnostic skills.
Service Technicians: To install and service photographic processing equipment and provide technical backup and after sales support. Key skills include an electronics qualification or experience gained from working in an electronics role, knowledge of PC hardware and software networking, strong communication skills and clear customer focus.
Applications Trainers: Develop and deliver theory and practical product training programmes to meet specific learning needs of internal and external customers. The ability to specify training objectives and develop and deliver training as well as having an understanding of digital photographic processing is needed for these roles.
Camera Technicians: Provide Fuji camera repair service to internal and external customers and to evaluate cameras for product management and marketing. Key skills include the ability to repair digital cameras along with demonstrated expertise in camera operation and photographic processes.
Helpdesk Operators: Provide national telephone, remote assistance and email support to customers by offering solutions on digital imaging equipment or digital cameras through a technical help desk environment. Key skills include strong customer service skills in a technical/applications environment, and a background in minilab operation and/or digital imaging technologies.

In our Medical division we employ:
Account Managers: achieve sales targets for Fuji Medical products, collect product and market information to support sales growth and market penetration. These roles require the ability to develop sales relationships and gain sales within a technical or specialist environment. A basic understanding of medical and/or imaging technologies is necessary along with experience of selling in a medical or other capital equipment market.
Project Managers: provide project management, sales and technical expertise for the implementation of medical systems into the client sites. Key skills include the ability to manage projects and outsourced resources along with an understanding of computer networks and medical technologies.
Systems Integration Engineers: provide a high level of technical expertise to facilitate the implementation of medical systems into client sites. For these roles an understanding of computer networks, Dicom and HL-7 is necessary along with the ability to provide specialist technical information and advice, train customers and staff, and manage projects and local software development.
Applications Specialists: train new and existing customers on clinical use of systems to ensure a smooth transition to new products. Key skills for these roles include the ability to manage customer relationships, identify training needs and deliver the appropriate training to customers. Proven experience in radiography or related technologies is also required.
Service Engineers: perform complex installation and service work and advise on technical aspects of equipment use and maintenance. Electronic qualifications along with knowledge of computer networking and experience in the installation and servicing of digital equipment are required. In addition, experience with radiographic products would be highly regarded.

In our Endoscopy Division we employ:
Clinical Support Representatives: Train new and existing customers on care and cleaning procedures (In-services) of the endoscopes, the clinical use of the Endoscopy systems and attend pre-sale equipment trials as the Fujifilm representative. Key skills for these roles include the ability to manage customer relationships, identify training needs and deliver the appropriate training to customers. Interstate travel on a regular basis is required for this role. Proven experience in the clinical endoscopy environment, particularly as a nurse, is also required for this role.
Endoscopy Technicians: Perform repairs on all the Fujinon flexible endoscope range of scopes andprocessors, install, service and give advice on technical aspects of equipment use and maintenance. Intra and interstate travel will be required from time to time.

Sales Managers: Achieve sales, profitably grow market share and improve customer satisfaction. Key skills for these roles include the ability to develop business plans and sales relationships and implement sales strategies, especially in the printing or related industries. An understanding of printing/pre-press technology is also required.
Service and Application Support Technicians: Training, service and client support of Graphic Systems products as well as planning and assistance with future sales and applications support of all Graphic Systems products. Qualifications in pre-press, electronics or IT along with the ability to process service and technical information, install and service equipment and train customers and staff are required for these roles.
Service Technicians: Carry out installation, repairs and training on equipment, as well as planning and assistance with future sales of all Graphic Systems products. Key skills include qualifications in pre-press, electronics or IT along with the ability to process service and technical information and install and service equipment.
To support our product divisions, our administration roles include:
Customer Support Consultants: Receive and process customer orders received by phone or fax; assist customers with questions or complaints. Experience in a call centre or other phone based customer contact environment is highly desirable, along with the ability to work under pressure and strong problem solving skills.
Service Co-ordinators: To co-ordinate daily service scheduling and planning to meet technical installation and maintenance requirements. Maintain technical libraries. Demonstrated skills for these roles include the ability to handle multiple priorities, liaise with customers and technical staff and organise work flows.
Sales Co-ordinators: Plan, implement and monitor sales and marketing plans and activities to achieve sales budgets, including the co-ordination of cost effective and efficient flow of goods from suppliers through to end users. These roles require the ability to liaise with sales and technical staff and customers in order to meet set deadlines as well as analyse and report on sales data.
Accounts Clerks: Pay creditors for goods and services in timely and cost effective manner; prepare and maintain documentation and reports; reconcile accounts. Skills for this role include numerical accuracy, the ability to meet deadlines and an understanding of basic accounting principles.
Credit Controllers: Collect cash on assigned ledgers whilst minimising credit risk, bad debts and debtor capital whilst maintaining good customer relations. Experience in a credit role is highly desirable along with attention to detail, strong numerical skills and the ability to liaise with customers in difficult situations.
