Australia, 16 September 2026 – FUJIFILM Australia Pty Ltd today announced the appointment of Tonia Nuttall as Division Head, Healthcare Informatics, where she will lead the company's healthcare informatics business and support the continued growth of its digital healthcare solutions portfolio across Australia and New Zealand.

Tonia joins FUJIFILM Australia at a time when the company is building and growing its healthcare business. The recent global Fujifilm earnings report showed a 12% revenue increase in the Healthcare business, especially in Healthcare IT1.

Tonia’s professional experience has taken her around the globe, having previously worked across South-East Asia, India, Korea, Taiwan and Mexico. As part of this experience, Tonia brings best-practice knowledge from around the globe.

“For FUJIFILM Australia and New Zealand, our Healthcare division is incredibly important”, said Mich Kondo, CEO FUJIFILM Australia & New Zealand. “It’s essential that our Healthcare team choose to partner with local healthcare providers to bring the latest technology to those that need it. Leaders like Tonia bring critical experience and global knowledge that we can use here.”

For partners making the leap into Fujifilm’s Healthcare IT services, the Fujifilm Synapse line of products helps healthcare providers to access patient diagnostics wherever they are2. While 73% of the population is based in major cities, the remaining 27% are from regional areas3. The value of digital healthcare systems like Fujifilm Synapse is in connecting healthcare providers around the country with patients, wherever they are.

“The partnerships we build at Fujifilm, we want them to be more than contracts on paper. We want to help healthcare providers to hit their goals,” said Tonia Nuttall. “We want to focus on patient outcomes and make sure that patient records are available no matter where they were scanned.”

“Our team has built a reputation for working closely with healthcare providers to ensure their goals are met. Australia has a world-class healthcare system already, and we want to help break down siloes and take lessons from around the globe to level-up healthcare for all Australians.” said Tonia.
