Fujifilm Unveils “GENTLE ROSE” — A Stylish New Colour for the instax mini Evo™

Sydney, 10 September, 2025 – FUJIFILM Australia announces the launch of a new colour for the popular hybrid instant camera instax mini Evo™ — introducing “GENTLE ROSE”, available starting 25 September, 2025. A matching camera case will also be released to complement the new colour.

Originally launched in 2021, the instax mini Evo™ is a hybrid instant camera that blends analogue charm with digital versatility. Supporting the card-sized mini film format, it quickly became a global favourite for its stylish retro design, intuitive features, and creative flexibility.

In addition to the existing “BLACK” and “BROWN,” FUJIFILM is introducing a gentle pink colour, “GENTLE ROSE“, to our lineup this spring. Users can choose their favourite colour while still enjoying the same functions, operability and premium and classical design featured in the original model.

The mini Evo allows users to take pictures with viewing the LCD monitor on the back of the camera and select their favourite shots to print. It can also be used as a smartphone printer, and comes with ten lens effects, including “Soft Focus” and “Light Leak”, as well as ten film effects, including “Monochrome” and “Retro.” These two types of effects can be combined freely to create 100 different shooting effects so that users can express their emotions through instax™ prints.

The camera body sports a premium and classical look and is characterised by analogue-like operability using the lens dial, film dial and print lever, designed with attention to detail such as operation noise. The mini Evo has been recognised for its beautiful appearance and design, achieving outstanding functionality and performance, winning numerous prestigious international awards such as the “Red Dot Design Award” and the “iF Design Award”.

Fujifilm will continue to expand the world of the instax™ instant photo system that allows people to enjoy on-the-spot photo printing.
