How to send your X Series Camera for Technical Assistance

Thank you for purchasing a Fujifilm product!

Your camera has been manufactured according to precise standards, with strict quality control at all stages of the manufacturing process. When you purchased your camera, you received a warranty, which means that, for a certain period after purchase, any manufacturing defect will be repaired or replaced (with the same product or an equivalent product) free of charge. Our cameras are extremely reliable, but like all complex equipment, it is possible that failures will occur over time.

The guarantee is offered against malfunctions and failures, under normal conditions of use and maintenance, for a period of 90 (ninety) days (legal guarantee), plus 275 (two hundred and seventy-five) days of contractual guarantee, for a total of 1 ( a) year, counted from the date of purchase, or the date of delivery of the product, identified by the invoice for sale to the final consumer of the product, issued in Brazil by FUJIFILM or by an authorized reseller of this. This guarantee is valid only in the Brazilian territory.

You will only need the invoice you received from FUJIFILM or the authorized dealer from whom you purchased it. It is very important that you take care of your invoice, because without this evidence you will not be able to claim your guarantee.
