OnsetX Series

OnsetX1-LT is capable of producing sellable output at speeds in excess of 2,152 ft²/hr equating to 40 5’ x 10’ beds per hour by utilizing a small droplet size (14 picoliters) jetted through 42,000 nozzles to produce crisp images, fine lines, sharp text and smooth tonal graduations. It offers many of the features associated with the Onset X Series, including a wide color gamut, optional white, variable satin to gloss finish, advanced job management and automation. There’s no gloss-matte banding commonly associated with conventional reciprocating head technology, especially in high saturation areas. In addition, the OnsetX1-LT produces superb POP-quality display graphics economically up to 1.8” (46mm) thick. After the Level 1 Upgrade, the X1-LT is capable of producing 58 5’ x 10’ beds per hour with manual handling. That’s over 4,300 square feet per hour. The Level 1 Upgrade includes the addition of a second UV lamp, the associated electronics and additional print modes. Adding a second UV lamp allows for bidirectional printing, which significantly increases printing speed.

OnsetX1 is capable of producing sellable output at speeds in excess of 4,300 ft²/hr equating to 80 5’ x 10’ beds per hour. Offering many of the features associated with the Onset range, including a wide color gamut, optional white, variable satin to gloss finish, advanced job management and automation. In Addition, OnsetX1 produces superb POP-quality display graphics economically up to 1.8” (46mm) thick. In addition to CMYK configuration, the OnsetX1 is also available in a configuration with light cyan and light magenta as well as orange and white. A customer can choose to configure their press with any of these options. Also, the ability to vary the gloss level directly from the operator console gives the user flexibility to set the desired gloss level on a per job basis.

The OnsetX3 HS features Fujifilm Dimatix drop-on-demand printheads, which are perfect for the production of high volume, quality images onto a wide variety of media. Jetting a 14 picoliter drop size these trusted printheads provide a good balance of quality and volume for the display POP and signage market. Utilizing the Single Cycle printing mode, the OnsetX3 HS produces sellable output at speeds in excess of 280 5’ x 10’ beds/hour. To ensure maximum throughput, the Inca OnsetX3 HS printer is compatible with Inca’s flexible automation system which offers customers the choice to operate in manual, semi or three-quarter robotic handling.
