Launch the "Multicopy" application.
Tap [Scan].
Checked the available storage size in your Android device, and tap [Connect].
- * You can save the scanned data on your external SD card. Tap [Settings] on the service selection top screen to change the setting.
Hold QR code close to the reading device of machine.
Tap [Connect] when an instruction is displayed on the touch screen of the machine.
Scan documents as instructed on the touch screen of the machine after connecting with Multicopy Machine.
- * Be sure that the total size of the scanned documents does not exceed the storable size in your Android device that you checked in step 3.
The steps to scan documents are now complete.
Select the scanned data, and then perform one of the following.
- * If you delete the "Multicopy" application, then the scanned data will be deleted as well.
Tap the file you want to delete. (You can select multiple files at once.)
Tap [Delete] icon after selecting.
Tap the file you want to display by external applications.
Tap [Open by an application] icon after selecting.
Tap the application you want to open from the application list.
- * Application will be displayed only when the application corresponds to the file extension.
- * If there is only one installed application that can open the selected file, the selecting screen will not appear.
Tap the file you want to send. (You can select multiple files at once.)
Tap [Send by e-mail] icon after selecting.
Tap the message sending application you used from the application list.
