Seven-Eleven Multi-Copiers / About Scanning (iPhone/iPad)

This page explains how to scan data with the machine and send them to your iPhone/iPad.
4.On the machine:

Hold QR code close to the reading device of machine.

5.On your iPhone/iPad:

Tap [Connect] when an instruction is displayed on the touch screen of the machine.

6.On the machine:

Scan documents as instructed on the touch screen of the machine after connecting with Multicopy Machine.

  • * Be sure that the total size of the scanned documents does not exceed the storable size in your iPhone/iPad that you checked in step 3.

The steps to scan documents are now complete.

Select the scanned data, and then perform one of the following.

  • * The scanned data will be deleted when you delete the "Multicopy" application.

If you try to delete the scanned file

If you try to save the scanned file with "Photo" application

Tap [Save Image] icon.

If you try to save the scanned file in a storage of another application

  • * If you try to save the scanned file in a storage of another application, then the scanned file must be supported by the application. If it is not, the operation of saving will fail.

Tap [Save to Files] icon.

To save the file, select the location from the list of storage location and tap [Add].

If you try to display the scanned file with another application.

Tap the application you want to open from the application list.

  • * Application will be displayed only when the application corresponds to the file extension.

If you try to send the scanned file by email.

  • * You need to set an email account before doing this operation.

Enter the address, subject and any other information on the sending screen, and tap [Send].
