Yasuyuki Matsumoto

Yasuyuki Matsumoto has been with the Fujifilm Group since 1992 when he joined Fuji Xerox, working in sales, marketing and leadership roles across Japan, Singapore, Vietnam and China.

Prior to joining as Managing Director of FUJIFILM Business Innovation Australia in October 2023, Mr Matsumoto served in the role of Chairman and President of FUJIFILM Business Innovation China, and Chairman of FUJIFILM Business Innovation Hong Kong, as well as Head of East Asia Operations. 

Stephen Sims Headshot

Stephen joined FUJIFILM Business Innovation Australia in July 2022 and is responsible for all of FUJIFILM Business Innovation’s Sales, Solutions and Marketing business units.

Before this, Stephen worked at nbn where he was responsible for the business channel, driving growth of all channels to market including managed service providers, system integrators and the thousands of ICT organisations across Australia. Prior to nbn, Stephen was the CEO of Brennan IT (one of Australia's largest MSP's), and led the organisation through 14 years of tremendous growth.

Stephen has over 30 years’ experience in the IT and Telecommunications industries across Europe and Asia and has extensive experience covering product development, sales, marketing and strategy at global businesses such British Telecom and Verizon.

Graham Ford Headshot

Graham became Chief Financial Officer of FUJIFILM BI Australia in October 2018 and brings more than 25 years of business and industry experience to the role. He has extensive global experience in corporate finance and accounting, tax and business planning.

Graham has worked for FUJIFILM for over 18 years, in several finance roles, most recently as CFO of FUJIFILM Business Innovation New Zealand. Prior to this role, he was CFO of FUJIFILM Business Innovation Malaysia and Managing Director of the Fuji Xerox Shared Service centre in Malaysia. Earlier at FUJIFILM he held the position of Asia Pacific CFO for the Printer Division based in Sydney.

Rhys Huett Headshot

Rhys has been with FUJIFILM BI Australia since 2012, working in various roles relating to customer support and supply chain.

Rhys leads a team of direct and indirect staff supporting customer contracts across all geographies of Australia, with a focus on cost management, labour optimisation and customer experience as well as improving the company’s market-leading environment and social outcomes.

Rhys is the proud executive sponsor of Elevate, the FUJIFILM BI Australia’s employee resource group focused on providing a connected community for the women in the organisation and championing women’s causes in the workplace.

Rhys is also a Non-executive Member Director with Australia New Zealand Recycling Platform (ANZRP). Rhys has a Bachelor Engineering, Chemical (1st Class Honours) from University of Sydney.

Rob Bonotto Headshot

Robert has worked for FUJIFILM BI Australia for over 16 years, serving as Legal Counsel, Senior Legal Counsel, Head of Compliance, General Counsel and General Manager Corporate Affairs.

In March 2024, Robert accepted the newly created role of Chief People & Corporate Services Officer. In this role, Robert is responsible for HR, Leaning & Development, ICT, Legal Services, Procurement, Workplace Management, Sustainability and CSR, Risk, Internal Audit and Health & Safety.

Robert holds a BA from Sydney University, a LLB and Masters from the University of Technology Sydney, and a Grad Dip in Applied Corporate Governance. Robert is admitted as a Solicitor with the Supreme Court of NSW, is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia, a Chartered Secretary with the Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland. Robert has annually been listed in the Governance 100 and serves on Boards outside of FUJIFILM BI Australia.
