Notice of Audit of Consumables at Customer Premise

Dear customer,

Please note that due to Statutory Audit requirements FUJIFILM Business Innovation (FBAU) via its appointed partner Elite Print Solutions may contact you and request a time to come to your premises to count the quantity of consumables on hand at your premises. Rest assured that this is for FBAU audit purposes and nothing untoward relating to you as the Customer holding consumables.

Note that the Elite Print Solutions representative will provide identifications, whilst the count should take a relative short amount of time.

The audit period will commence during November 2025 and may extend until mid to late January 2026.
