Notice of Audit of Consumables at Customer Premise

Dear customer,

Please note that FUJIFILM Business Innovation (BI) via its appointed partner Elite Print Solutions (EPS) may contact certain customers and request a time to come to premises to count the quantity of consumables (toner and supplies) on premise. This audit is a routine requirement that helps FUJIFILM BI Australia confirm the quantity of unused consumables that remain in inventory until they are used. It ensures that our consumables reporting remains accurate and transparent in line with statutory audit obligations.

This is a simple internal compliance process and does not affect service, billing, or account management in any way. An EPS representative will provide identifications, and the count should take a relative short amount of time. The audit period will commence during November 2025 and may extend until mid to late January 2026.
