Independent Schools Queensland’s journey toward digitising physical records

Independent Schools Queensland (ISQ) is a non-profit organisation supporting and promoting independent schooling in Queensland. In the face of an upcoming office move, they realised the need to design a solution for their extensive document archive that could accommodate their high standards of record stewardship in their new location. 

FUJIFILM Business Innovation Australia (FUJIFILM BI Australia) proposed the EduScan solution to index and securely digitise their documents into electronic files along with a guided tour of the Document Management Solutions (DMS) facility in Brisbane. This, along with the high-security standards at Fujifilm BI Australia assured ISQ of the overall digitisation process and the company’s efficiency in delivering this critical solution. 

Digitising our files through FUJIFILM has given us a whole new level of security that we did not have before. It was really easy to adopt the new way of working with our new digitised files.
