1. Promotion Period: This promotion is conducted by FUJIFILM Business Innovation Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 63 000 341 819) of Level 5, 8 Khartoum Road, Macquarie Park NSW, 2113 (“FBAU”). Entry to this promotion commences at 6pm (AEDT) on 18 October 2024 and closes at 9pm (AEDT) on 18 October 2024. 

2. Entry Eligibility. Entry is only open to attendees of the Melbourne Football Club (MFC) Melbourne In Business event at The George on Collins 162-168 Collins St, Melbourne VIC 3000, Australia (“Event”). To enter this promotion, the attendees must scan the QR code provided at the Event and complete the entry form at the webpage directed by the QR code. Multiple entries from various attendees of the same organisation are considered as one single entry of such organisation, and an organisation is limited to receive one bottle of Ink Gin 700ml (RRP $80 *incl. GST) as a one-off gift. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid. 

3. Agreement to terms and conditions: By completing the entry form, each entrant (“You”) agrees to comply with these terms and conditions and consents to being contacted by FBAU where You have requested a business transformation consultation appointment on behalf of Your organisation with a FBAU sales representative. In addition, You agree to accept FBAU’s decisions as final and binding as those decisions relate to this promotion. FBAU reserves the right to disqualify any entries that contravene these terms and conditions or engaged in any unlawful or other improper conduct or any conduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. FBAU may request proof of identity. 

4. Contact. Following the Event, FBAU will contact You to schedule a business transformation consultation appointment. At the end of the scheduled appointment, You, as a representative of your organisation will receive one bottle of Ink Gin 700ml (RRP $80 *incl. GST) on behalf of Your organisation as a one-off gift. This gift is not redeemable for cash or transferable and will not be replaced if lost or stolen or tampered with. FBAU accepts no responsibility for any tax liabilities that may arise from this gift. Any image shown is for illustrative purposes only.

5. Policies. You warrant that: by entering this promotion, You will comply with all policies of Your employer or organisation regarding promotions, competitions, acceptance of gifts and use of prizes; and they have all necessary consents and approvals to disclose any information provided (including any personal information). 

6. Warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FBAU makes no warranty, either express or implied with regard to the gift and FBAU’s sole obligation will be to use reasonable endeavours to pass through any manufacturer’s warranties in respect of the gift. 

7. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, FBAU limits its liability in the case of goods, to the repair or replacement of the goods, or the cost of having the goods repaired or replaced; and in the case of services, the re-performance of the services, or the cost of having the services re-performed. To the extent permitted by law, FBAU may make an election contemplated by this Liability clause. 

8. Personal Information.   In addition to any other purposes FBAU has made known to You, FBAU will collect, hold, use and disclose Your personal information: to conduct this competition, including determining and notifying the winner and disclosing the name of the winner as reasonably determined by FBAU; to disclose personal information to FBAU’s related bodies corporate (which may be outside Australia) and any agencies and prize suppliers assisting with the competition; for marketing purposes in accordance with the terms of FBAU’s Privacy Policy. Any personal information you provide to FBAU will be treated in accordance with FBAU’s Privacy Policy. FBAU’s Privacy Policy also sets out how you can access or correct your personal information and details FBAU’s process for handling privacy related complaints.
