Seven-Eleven Multi-Copiers /About Wi-Fi Connection Settings (Android)

If it is the Old Model, this page explains how to manually connect the setting screen of your Android device to a Wi-Fi network.

  • You can connect your Android device to the machine through a Wi-Fi network only when the machine prompts you to operate your Android device.

From your Android "Home" screen, tap [Settings] > [Wi-Fi] to turn on Wi-Fi.

Tap "711_MultiCopy" on the list of available Wi-Fi networks.

If you cannot establish a connection with the "711_MultiCopy", wait for a while then try the actions listed below.

  • Restart your Android device
  • Turn Airplane Mode "on" or "off"
  • Turn Mobile Data "on" or "off"
  • Press[Reboot Wi-Fi]on the multi-functional copy machine

 

If your Android device cannot connect to the machine even when you select "711_MultiCopy" or 711_MultiCopy is a known network:

If your Android device has the following features, first turn the relevant feature "off", then connect to the machine through Wi-Fi.

  • Avoid Poor Connections: This feature allows your Android device to ban a Wi-Fi network unless it has a good Internet connection.
  • Auto Network Switch: This feature allows your Android device to switch to mobile data when Wi-Fi connection becomes unstable.

 

If your Android device shows an error message by the operation [Send] or [Connect] even when you select "711_MultiCopy" or 711_MultiCopy is a known network:

Try the actions listed below to connect to the multi-functional copy machine through Wi-Fi.

  • If "711_MultiCopy" appear on the screen, delete it by carrying out the following operations:[Settings] > [Network & Internet] > [Wi-Fi] > [Saved networks].
  • Set [Location] "on" by carrying out the following operations:[Settings] > [Security & location] > [Location].
