The Job
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks and computer peripherals
- Monitoring and maintaining applications, computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Identifying and resolving technical issues
- Providing technical support customer (this may be on-site or over the phone)
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Testing new technology
- Documenting process and preforming diagnostic tests
The Person
- Diploma or Degree in IT or related discipline
- At least two years of relevant experience on IT Support
- 2-3 years of MS Power Automate / MS Power Platform experience
- Good hardware, operation system (Windows Server), Web server (IIS), network, database (MSSQL) and Virtual Machine (VM) knowledge
- Experience in projects such as Windows upgrade, application implementation
- Good spoken and written English and Chinese
