The PK4 Automatic Intelligent Cutting System is an efficient digital cutting solution designed for precision and versatility. With a bed size of 900mm x 1200mm or 1000mm x700mm, the PK4 processes vector graphics by converting them into cutting paths, which the motion control system then uses to accurately drive the cutter head. Equipped with a variety of cutting tools, the PK4 supports a range of applications including lettering, creasing, and cutting across diverse materials.

Integrated with automatic feeding and receiving devices, along with a camera system, the PK4-912 enables continuous cutting of printed materials with high accuracy. Ideal for sample making and short-run customized production, it serves the signage, printing, and packaging industries effectively.

Features at a Glance

The PK4 provides flexible cutting capabilities with multiple suction zones, a maximum cutting speed of 1.2 m/s, and a maximum cutting thickness of 16 mm. It supports a wide range of cutting types—from kiss-cutting to intricate cuts using the oscillating tool—across paper sizes ranging from A0 to B4.
The PK4 comes with a base tool set including an oscillating tool, universal cutting tool, creasing wheel, and kiss cut tool, and also supports a range of specialty tools for expanded functionality.
The automatic sheet loading system is designed for printed materials, enabling unattended processing in short-run production. It can continuously load material sheets onto the cutting table, accommodating a stack height of up to 120mm (equivalent to approximately 400 sheets of 250g cardboard).
IECHO software supports QR code scanning to quickly retrieve relevant cutting files stored on the computer, enabling automatic and continuous cutting of various materials and patterns. This feature meets customers’ needs for efficient, hands-free operation, significantly saving both labour and time.
Equipped with a high-definition CCD camera, the system enables automatic and precise registration contour cutting of various printed materials, eliminating the need for manual positioning and reducing printing errors. Multiple positioning methods are available to accommodate different material processing requirements, ensuring optimal cutting accuracy.’
