Overview
The MUTOH ValueCut 2 professional-grade range of vinyl cutters/vinyl plotters offers the usability and functionality required by sign makers when creating signs, vinyl graphics, and stickers. Available in three sizes– 600mm, 1300mm and 1800mm, the devices are designed to ensure the smallest footprint while providing the appropriate cutting width to match the print output. Combine the cutter/plotter with any vinyl or UV printer for unparalleled print and cut production.

the cutting force from 5g to 600g is selectable. Different media ranging from thin film to thick rubber sheets can be cut by varying the cutting force. The UI helps you select the appropriate cutting force for your media.
The AASII (Automatic Alignment System) enables accurate cutting of printed images and data such as vinyl stickers, vehicle graphics, iron-on transfers, and labels.
The orientation of the image is automatically detected from the shape of the registration marks and the cut data is adjusted to match and cut accurately.
For accurate and reliable cutting of long jobs, additional registration marks can be added in the feed direction along with the four corner marks.
When multiple copies of the same date are required, AASII can continuously detect registration marks for consistent, accurate cutting on all copies.
With more pinch rollers the ValueCut 2 series vinyl cutters can accurately feed a wide range of media of varying thicknesses including sandblasting rubber, transfer vinyl, self-adhesive vinyl, and reflective up to 0.8mm .
Select from 5 different blades to get the perfect cut depending on your application and media. Coloured to make selection easier in a busy shop, the right blade choice ensures accurate and clean cutting for a wide range of media.
