微軟Exchange Online SMTP 棄用基本驗證的影響和對策

微軟宣布自2026年3月1日起，其Exchange Online將停止支援SMTP基本驗證。此一變更可能影響您的多功能事務機或印表機傳送電子郵件的功能，相關受影響機型及因應做法說明如下。

因應做法

Type (1)
請更新韌體與修改設定。韌體釋出日期請參照受影響產品表格中「因應韌體版本或預計釋出日期」欄位。同時提供設定說明，在您更新至因應韌體後，請依說明至網際網路服務（Internet Services）執行OAuth 2.0 驗證設定與驗證流程　
請依您的產品選擇並參照相關設定說明

請留意以下限制及註記。固定版本韌體的限制及警示：
1. 限制：當使用OAuth 2.0 進行 SMTP 驗證時，必須為每個裝置指派帳號（電子郵件位址）。可以在多個裝置之間共用相同的一個電子郵件帳號。從該裝置發送的電子郵件的寄件者（From:）擁有指派給該裝置的電子郵件位址。
2. 如果電子郵件寄件者變更，傳送電子郵件時會發生驗證錯誤。
3. 為避免在寄送電子郵件時的驗證錯誤，請將「使用驗證使用者的郵件地址」改為「停用」，以及將「變更送信者地址」改為「不可變更」
4. 如果送信時的驗證使用者之前已設為「外部驗證使用者」，請在實施SMTP OAuth2.0驗證之前，將設定變成為「裝置設定」。
