IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING DELIVERY SCAM ATTEMPTS
Dear Valued Customers,
On behalf of FUJIFILM Business Innovation Vietnam Co., Ltd. (FUJIFILM BI VN), we would like to sincerely thank you for trusting and using FUJIFILM’s comprehensive maintenance services. Recently, we have received reports about scam attempts impersonating third-party delivery personnel to collect fees for the delivery of consumables (toner, drums) from our customers. To ensure your safety, please kindly note the following important points:
1. Verify the identity of delivery personnel
- We are currently utilizing the services of 247 and Nippon Express.
- Before accepting any deliveries, you may request the delivery personnel to provide order details and verify tem against your placed orders.
- THERE ARE NO ADDITIONAL FEES through FUJIFILM BI VN’s delivery channels
2. Do not make any payments without recieving FUJFILM invoice
- Our FSMA service already includes delivery fees for consumables.
- If you receive any payment requests or are asked to transfer fund to a personal account, please decline and notify us immediately.
3. Be aware of fraudulent calls or messages
- Please do not provide personal information calls, OTP codes, or bank account detail to anyone.
- If you receive any suspicious calls, please contact our official hotline immediately for verification.
FUJIFILM BI VN WILL NEVER ask customers to transfer any payment to a personel bank account..
