Ensuring Quality

At Fujifilm, our quality approach is carried out in 4 steps:

  1. LISTENING to your requests and goals, clearly identifying and defining them.
  2. VERIFYING the pedagogical methods to achieve the objectives, planning the training sessions, and arranging the venues and educational resources.
  3. DELIVERING the training in alignment with the defined objectives, ethical standards, reception and safety procedures, as well as the planned agendas and practical evaluations.
  4. MONITORING the qualitative and quantitative results of participant evaluations conducted at the beginning, during, and after the training. These results are analyzed to implement corrective actions, reflecting our commitment to continuous improvement.

Each year, our center is evaluated and accredited by the parent company.
