A Projector That Expands the Possibilities of Immersive Spatial Design

The FUJIFILM FP-ZUH12000 is a high-performance laser projector that opens up new possibilities for immersive spatial design.
Despite its powerful performance, the FP-ZUH12000 features a lightweight, compact body of approximately 18.1 kg, enabling flexible installation in confined spaces and complex environments. Equipped with a 0.8-inch HEP DMD, it efficiently delivers 4K UHD+ high-resolution images, high contrast, and an impressive 12,000 lumens of brightness.
By combining the excellent cost performance of a 1-Chip DLP® projection system with advanced image quality, functionality, and installation flexibility, the FP-ZUH12000 provides a professional solution for creating impactful visual experiences in a wide variety of spaces.

Key Features
  • Realistic, high-resolution image reproduction
  • High contrast for images with greater depth
  • Excellent color reproduction
  • Diverse picture modes, newly enhanced with Film Simulation
  • High reliability for extended operation
  • Flexible installation supported by a versatile lens lineup
  • Functions that assist with image adjustment and installation

High Contrast That Adds Depth to Images

The adoption of HEP DMD achieves a high contrast ratio of up to 25,000:1*2. Compared with previous models, the contrast ratio has been improved by more than 30%, delivering both deeper blacks and brilliant highlights.
This enhanced contrast adds greater depth to images and enables immersive spatial presentations.

Picture Modes for Diverse Projection Needs and Advanced Color Expression

The FP-ZUH12000 is equipped with picture modes designed to meet a wide range of projection needs and enable advanced color expression.

  • Bright: Prioritizes brightness for vivid projection in bright environments.
  • Multi Projection [sRGB]: Provides color reproduction compliant with the sRGB color standard.
  • Film Simulation: Reproduces sophisticated color expression using a 3D LUT.

Inspired by filmmakers’ dedication to color, the FP-ZUH12000 features Film Simulation modes that incorporate the characteristics of FUJIFILM positive films. By introducing color management using a 3D LUT — a 3D lookup table — the projector applies precise color mapping to each pixel, delivering high-quality images with natural color reproduction and minimal color cast.
In addition to PROVIA/Standard, which delivers standard color reproduction and gradation; Velvia/Vivid, which provides high saturation and strong contrast; and ETERNA, which recreates cinematic color and tonal gradation, the FP-ZUH12000 newly adds CLASSIC CHROME, characterized by low saturation and hard tonal gradation, and CLASSIC Neg., which optimizes colors in dark areas to create greater depth.
This wide range of expressive capabilities brings out the full appeal of content across a variety of applications.

Reliable Performance for Extended Operation

Built for continuous operation, the FP-ZUH12000 features an optical engine and laser light source with dust resistance equivalent to IP5X*3. Its laser light source delivers a long service life of 20,000 hours and stable brightness over time, helping to reduce maintenance and operating costs.

  • *3 Dust resistance does not guarantee that the product will be free from damage or failure in all operating environments.
If the product is used in environments where smoke containing oil, salt, or moisture is present, protective measures such as installing the product in an enclosure are recommended.
Dust resistance applies to the optical engine and laser light source section.
Three Newly Developed Optional Lenses to Meet Diverse Needs

The FP-ZUH12000 offers a lineup of three interchangeable optional lenses that can be selected according to the application and installation environment.
In addition to the Ultra-Short-Throw Zoom Lens (TR: 0.34–0.41), which enables projection from extremely short distances through FUJIFILM’s proprietary folded two-axial rotatable mechanism, the lineup includes a Short-Throw Zoom Lens (TR: 0.5–0.65) and a Standard Zoom Lens (TR: 1.25–2.0). Together, these lenses support highly flexible spatial presentations.

Image Adjustment Functions Optimized for Multi-Projection

The FP-ZUH12000 is equipped with a geometric correction function that corrects image distortion to match curved screens and other projection surfaces. Correction points can be adjusted at 33 × 33 points using the remote control, and up to 65 × 33 points when using the dedicated application, enabling more precise image adjustment.
The projector also features an edge-blending function. When images from multiple projectors are overlapped to create a single large image, this function helps reduce the visibility of seams, enabling seamless projection.
In addition, the dedicated application supports black level correction, which adjusts the phenomenon where overlapping image areas appear brighter.
By bringing the brightness of non-overlapping areas closer to that of overlapping areas, it helps improve overall screen uniformity in dark scenes.
The projector also includes a mask function that limits projection onto specific objects or areas. By concealing selected parts of the image, this function can also be used to add visual effects to spatial presentations.

FUJIFILM PROJECTOR MANAGEMENT TOOL ver. 1.1

Supports stable operation while helping reduce the workload associated with managing and maintaining projectors in operation.
In the event of a problem, the application helps detect issues promptly and visualizes the projector operating status on a PC at an early stage, helping reduce the workload of maintenance personnel.
Up to 255*4 Z Series projectors on the network can be registered and centrally managed from a single PC via the network.
