Pressure measurement film

Round Prescale - Overview

New design tailored to round shape (semiconductor wafer shapes).
Supports pressure measurement from 20°C to 220°C.

Round Cut Prescale

Prescale and Prescale for High Temperature are films that visualize pressure, and Round Prescale is a version customized to match round shape.

You can easily measure pressure by simply holding the handle and placing the film between the surfaces. When pressure is applied, the film changes color in response to the applied pressure, enabling you to visually confirm the pressure distribution.

Furthermore, pressure data can be quantified using FUJIFILM Prescale Station or FUJIFILM Prescale Mobile.

Prescale line-up

Prescale is categorized into different types according to the pressure range [MPa] you wish to measure.
Please select the type that best suits your inspection condition.

How to calculate pressure value (MPa):

To calculate the pressure value (Mpa), you need the mass (kg) or newtons (N), as well as the surface area (mm2  or cm2).

1 MPa = 1 N/mm2 ≒ 10.2 kgf/cm2
e.g.) if 100 kg is applied on a 100mm2(1cm2) surface, the calculation is 100kgf/cm2.

You can automatically check the pressure values from the options below.

the mass ÷ the surface area
