Fujifilm representatives meet Eric Khoo, a leading film director from Singapore.(Singapore)

Fujifilm Regional Services Singapore conducted a meeting with Eric Khoo, one of Singapore's most renowned film directors, and producer Fong Cheng on April 25 at the Pan Pacific Singapore Hotel. Hironori Hiyoshi, Sales Engineer from FUJIFILM Corporation Headquarters, also joined the meeting and held discussions on the motion picture production in Singapore and Japan. News that Khoo's latest movie, My Magic had been nominated for the top prize (Golden Palm) at the Cannes Film Festival had just been released, and the meeting was held in a celebratory atmosphere.
In recent years, Singapore's motion picture industry has become increasingly digitalized, and Khoo usually shoots his movies using HD tape. He appeared to be very impressed by Hiyoshi's explanation about Fujicolor Recording Film ETERNA-RDI for digital intermediate, which produces fine detail and accurate color from digital image data.
At the conclusion of the meeting, both Khoo and Fujifilm staff promised to continue exchanging useful industrial information and future collaboration.
