We rely on our employees to be the eyes and ears of Fujifilm. You can help us uphold our standards and protect our business by reporting violations of Fujifilm’s policies, Code of Conduct, or anything that affects our business --any time-- to:

  • Your immediate supervisor or HR business partner
  • Your company compliance officer or HLUS Compliance
  • The Fujifilm Americas Compliance Hotline via the web portal, which is available 24/7/365 and can be kept confidential.

You’re protected when you Speak Up!

We understand that speaking up can seem awkward or even scary, but we protect our heroes. If you choose to provide your name or contact information so an investigator can reach you regarding your concern, the Fujifilm Compliance team will protect your identity as local law permits. You are protected from any retaliation or penalties for any report made in good faith.  

To ensure impartiality, the Compliance Hotline is managed by a third-party vendor. All reports are handled by experienced and trained third-party professionals.

When you report a concern either by phone or web:
  • Write down the case number you are given.
  • A written summary of your concern will be sent to the appropriate Fujifilm compliance or human resources staff.
  • Leave your name, telephone number, and email address if you want someone to contact you directly or you would like to be notified when the investigation is completed. 
You can also report any serious concerns directly to the Fujifilm Tokyo Hotline.
