ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System

SAI Global has certified the following FUJIFILM Business Innovation Australia sites for Quality Management System – Head Office Macquarie Park, and Eco manufacturing Centre Rosehill sites.

Our QMS covers the sale, distribution, installation, training, service support and maintenance for business machines; the collection and recycling of equipment and related spare parts and consumables; the design and remanufacture of business machine parts and sub- assemblies; the sale and support of software solutions; and the provision of document management services.

ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System

FUJIFILM Business Innovation Australia head office and Eco Manufacturing Centre at Rosehill have been certified by SAI Global for Environmental Management System (EMS).

ISO 27001:2013 Information Security Management System

The current ISMS certification is for FUJIFILM Business Innovation Australia head office in Macquarie Park NSW. The certificate covers the management and operation of FUJIFILM Business Innovation Australia corporate processes supporting the management of sales and service of document technologies, services, supplies and document-centric outsourcing as per the statement of applicability.

The FUJIFILM Business Innovation Australia Technical Customer Support and Online Support Centres have achieved the internationally recognised Service Capability and Performance (SCP) Certification.

FUJIFILM Business Innovation Australia is the only company of its kind in Australia with the internationally recognised Service Capability and Performance (SCP) Certification. The SCP Certification, created by a consortium of leading technology companies quantifies the effectiveness of customer support based upon a stringent set of criteria. These criteria focus on corporate commitment, strategic direction, customer satisfaction, performance metrics, research and development.


Energy Star

Energy Star 2014 Standard

Most FUJIFILM Business Innovation Australia office devices are Energy Star rated. Specific devices are noted on the following website: https://www.energystar.jp/pub_products/?lang=en

The International Energy Star program establishes electricity consumption standards for products in active, sleep and off mode based on the performance of products in the top quartile of energy efficiency. Products that meet those standards are eligible to use the International Energy Star logo.

Paper Sourcing Standards

FUJIFILM Business Innovation Australia is certified for Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC®) FSC-C009629 and Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC) PEFC/21-31-83 Chain of Custody. This means that that at every stage, agreed systems and processes are in place to guarantee the integrity of the certified products. We are audited annually to retain certification.

We assess our paper suppliers’ compliance with our Sustainable Paper Sourcing Standards annually and work with non-government organisations to identify and escalate key issues of stakeholder concern.


Chairman’s Prize for Energy Conservation

Fuji Xerox (now FUJIFILM Business Innovation Australia) won the Chairman's Prize, the Energy Conservation Center, Japan (ECCJ) in the 2015 Energy Conservation Grand Prize for Excellent Energy Conservation Equipment for four office-use digital full-colour multifunction devices. Two ApeosPort-V Series models (ApeosPort-V C7776/C6676 PFS-PC) and two DocuCentre-V Series models (DocuCentre-V C7776/C6676 PFS-PC) were given the prize in recognition of their user-friendliness as well as for their reduced power consumption, which has been cut to about 30 percent of the standard values set under the International ENERGY STAR Program.

Fuji Xerox (now FUJIFILM Business Innovation Australia) has won the prize for the 13th time, which is an industry record.
