Employee sends print jobs direct to Print@Home^TM device via Secure Sockets layer (SSL).

Our Technical Support Centre use the data sent to the

Delivery of consumables
Device repair and maintenance needs
Billing
Usage and consumables reporting.

Device usage, consumable levels and fault information are all sent via your employee’s internet connection to our Technical Support Centre’s Electronic Partnership Broad Band (EP-BB) cloud.
