We’ve introduced a two-step verification process for your account
To enhance the security of your My Account, we’ve introduced a two-step verification process, also known as multi-factor authentication (MFA).
Moving forward the system will now prompt you to add in a custom 6-digit code each time you log into My Account. This custom, limited-time code will be sent to the email address you have registered for My Account.
Using a shared email address, such as an email@example.com?
To keep your My Account secure, we recommend each member of your team registers for their own My Account access. This will ensure you know who is accessing your My Account information, can easily trace any changes made to your account, as well as allow you to disable user access as (and when) required.
This is just one of the many ways we are enhancing security for our online services, ensuring your information is safe and secure.
