FUJIFILM Business Innovation Australia (formerly Fuji Xerox Australia) has been improving business sustainability for over 20 years. When FUJIFILM BI devices reach end of their life, they are either recycled, refurbished or used for parts. In cases where we are unable to reuse whole or parts of a device, they are processed for destruction and recycling with our recycling partner. As of the last review of devices and consumables recycled, in the 12-month period ending on 31st March 2023, the combined material and thermal recovery rate was 99.9%, as reported by our recycling partner.
This is in line with our commitment to our zero waste to landfill goal for FUJIFILM BI Australia Products and consumables collected from our customers.
Our customers interact with our recycling system by returning used parts and consumables to FUJIFILM Business Innovation Australia. Introducing our new and improved OfficeCare® Cartridge Recovery Box collection service, contact us on 1800 028 962 when the box is full. A FUJIFILM Business Innovation Australia representative will collect and replace your recyclable protective liner and OfficeCare® Cartridge Recovery Box if required.
