Predefined scan settings enable one-touch file renaming and saving to a specified folder, significantly reducing scanning time.The automated text extraction feature allows you to read information within scanned documents and assign it to folder names or file names*.Information that used to be scattered due to differing save locations or file names depending on the person scanning can now be standardized and centrally managed. This improves searchability after saving
