Integrated recycling process
(Recycling a used cartridges, spare parts, and products)

Fujifilm Business Innovation Thailand (Fujifilm BI) is one of the organizations that prioritize environmental issues. This is evident from the creation of Integrated Recycling System and closed loop system management. The Company has worked with domestic partners; Total Environmental Solution Co., Ltd until able to disassemble all products and brought into the recycling process which supporting us to maintain our goals of no landfill waste from the company's products (Zero Landfill) can be maintained continuously. 

 

For customers who have a service contract with Fujifilm BI, a used cartridges, spare parts and end-of-life products will be collected back to the Company through the transportation staff. This is a standard process. You can return it with our staff when the new product is delivered. (Except for express delivery by motorcycle)

*In case you have many used cartridges that need to be returned. You can make a request through Call Center at 02 660 8400.

 

For customers without a service contract, you can be a part in saving the environment by returning the used cartridges to us for recycling with the following instructions.

  • Put a used cartridge in the bag. Customers can use the original bag from the new cartridge packaging. Then seal the bag properly to prevent spillage and put it in the new cartridge packaging box or other convenient packaging.
  • Customer can be delivered by yourself or send by post to the following address
