Based on FUJIFILM Group Green Policy, FUJIFILM Business Innovation Vietnam Company Limited as a document solution provider in Vietnam will strive for the excellence in our environmental performance and the prevention of global pollution that impacts to customer, employee and other people.

This policy shall apply to our entire operations of FUJIFILM Business Innovation Vietnam.

1. Compliance Obligation: We will not only comply with all legal restrictions and regulations in the industry but also our internal rules and standards.
2. Resource and energy saving efforts: Based on the result of environment aspect assessment, FUJIFILM Business Innovation Vietnam will promote effort to converse, reduce, recycle and reuse resource, in terms of both product and company operations.
3. Promotion of Environmental Marketing: We will promote environmental activities by providing eco-conscious products and solutions to contribute in improving customers’ environmental awareness.
4. Partners Collaboration: We will corporate with business partners to let them understand the policy and carry out business activities accordingly.
5. Training and Education: We will educate our employees, raise awareness of environment and urge them to act in accordance with this policy.
6. Management System Improvement: We will conduct audits and take other measures to further strengthen the management system.

FUJIFILM Business Innovation Vietnam Company Limited herein would declare our used product & material collection points and disposal process to Customer & end-user to support you in appropriately collecting & handling used consumable, parts after using, maintenance and / or used printer, copier needs to be disposed, as following:

1. List of collection points for used product, material has brand Fuji Xerox or FUJIFILM:

       2. Categories accepted to collect: Used consumable, spare part, device need to return to importer / manufacturer for disposal properly.

       3. Handling process after receiving used product:

(*) HW: Hazardous waste.

Notes:

• Accept to collect used consumable, spare parts, machine with Fuji Xerox or FUJIFILM brand-name from any end-user, customer.
• Please transport used product to one of collection point as mentioned above.
• Please contact to us before transport used product to collection point whether its weight more than 10 kgs or volume more than 100 dm3.
• In case you are direct customer who bought directly and have valid Full service & maintenance agreement with FUJIFILM Business Innovation Vietnam, please contact our Hotline 1800 54 54 49 to be supported at your site.

• Participants: FUJIFILM Business Innovation Vietnam Head Office - All Staffs
• Activities: Cleaned up the garden, communicated with children by organizing fun activities and contributed 160 packages of milk, cake, candy, instant noodles and school supplies to the center

• Destination: Centre for Tending The Old and Disabled Children (Ha Noi)
• Participants: Ha Noi Branch - All Staffs
• Activities: Contributed necessities goods such as milk, cake, candy, instant noodle... to the centre; Cleaned up the garden & surrounding area

• Date: 28 June 2014
• Destination: Centre for Tending The Old and Disabled Children (Thuy An, Ba Vi, Ha Noi)
• Participants: Ha Noi Branch - All Staffs
• Activities: Donate necessities goods such as milk, cake, candy, instant noodle... to the centre; Clean up the garden & surrounding area; Plant trees and take care of the children

• Destination: An Phu District, An Giang Province
• NGO Partner: Loreto Kids Charity
• Participants: Hochiminh City Office Staff
• Activities: Hand Over Ceremony for Nhon Hoi "B" Elementary school after 3 months of renovation; outdoor activities with the local students and deliver sponsor gifts from our business partners.

• Date: 5th November 2016
• Destination: Tra Vinh, Tay Ninh, Tien Giang, Can Gio
• NGO Partner: Saigon Children Charity
• Participants: Hochiminh Office Staff
• Activities: Delivery 100 bicycles to disadvantaged students in Tra Vinh province and other southern provinces including Tay Ninh, Tien Giang and Ho Chi Minh city

• Date: 17th Feb and 24th Feb 2017
• Destination: Van Chan Dist, Yen Bai Province and Tay Giang Dist, Quang Nam Province
• NGO Partner: Save the Children
• Participants: Hanoi Office Staff and Danang Office Staff.
• Activities: deliver 5,000 pictures book to 2,000 children in Mountainous and Rural provinces in North and Middle Vietnam
